Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Trulines Advantage

What is a Tradeline?

A tradeline is an aged, high-limit credit account that allows an authorized user to benefit from its history.

Which tradeline would you recommend?

We recommend three aged (seasoned) tradelines. Ideally, each should have 10+ years of history. If your profile doesn't need age, select tradelines with limits of $10,000 or higher.

What does it mean that my address must match?

Make sure the address on your credit report matches the one you enter at checkout—this is especially important for Chase tradelines.

What does “save address” mean?

If you purchase a Barclays tradeline, we provide instructions on how to update your address to match the cardholder’s. This is required before the line is added.

What tradelines ACTUALLY do

They increase credit age, improve utilization, and strengthen your profile. They do NOT erase bad credit.

Best use for tradelines

Perfect for qualifying for funding, big purchases, or rebuilding credit fast when stacked with credit repair.

Are these auto tradelines?

We don’t offer auto tradelines, but authorized user tradelines can help you qualify for a car purchase.

Are these primary accounts?

No, we only sell authorized user tradelines, not primary accounts.

Is this credit repair?

No, credit repair services are not offered by our company.

Reporting Period

All tradelines remain on your report for up to 60 days (2 billing cycles).

Posting Timeline

Please allow 2-14 business days after the purchase deadline for the line to appear on your report.

Holidays and weekends

Tradelines do not report on weekends or holidays.

What does purchase date mean?

This is the deadline to buy the tradeline for it to report in the current month.

Bureau Guarantee

We strictly guarantee posting to at least two of the three major bureaus.

Score Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee a specific score increase. Results vary by profile.

Non-Posting Claims Procedure

For lines not posting after 15 business days, email [email protected] with Credit Karma and Experian logins attached.

Issue Reporting Timeframe

Notify us within 30 days of non-reporting for an exchange. After 30 days, no changes can be made.

AMEX Notice

AMEX lines report the credit limit only; they do not report account age history.

Unavailable Tradelines

If your selection is unavailable, we will provide the closest comparable alternative at no extra cost.

Age Calculation

Credit age is the combined history of all accounts. Adding seasoned lines helps strengthen a young profile.

Unexpected Delays

If a line hasn't reported within 15 business days, it will be replaced. Submit requests to [email protected].

I don’t see the Tradeline purchased

Check for different lender names on your report. Email us if it’s still missing after careful review.

Final Sales Policy

All sales are final. We offer exchanges only; no refunds are issued.

Do you accept CPN?

No. If a CPN is provided, the order is ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Debt Payments Required?

Yes, continue paying your personal debts to maintain your results.

Don't dispute Tradelines

Disputed or fraudulent-marked tradelines will not be re-added to your report.

How do I renew my Tradeline?

Simply repurchase the line to extend your coverage.

Are these business tradelines?

These are Authorized User tradelines for personal credit. They help build the profile needed for business funding.

Response Timeframe

Please allow 24–48 hours for a response during our peak seasons.

Fraud Alerts

Please remove fraud alerts/holds to ensure the bank can verify and add you properly.
